Delivery is FREE to both major cities and outlying areas within South Africa.
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase. A second confirmation email will be sent to notify you that your product(s) have been shipped and your card will be debited for the order total.

- Duca Del Cosma Africa guarantees that orders will be dispatched in time to be delivered within the delivery times stated above unless clearly communicated otherwise. However, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery within the timescales where circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, prevent the postal service or relevant carrier from being able to make the delivery.

Dawn Wing only delivers to a physical address, and not a P.O. Box number. Dawn Wing requires that each and every delivery be signed for, as proof of delivery.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO SOMEONE ELSE OR TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes, someone else can sign for delivery on your behalf. On our checkout page, you also have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address to your own.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN AN ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
A text message will be sent to you by Dawn Wing when your purchase has been dispatched, giving you your tracking number and detail on how to track your order. A second text message will be sent to confirm that your order will be delivered that day.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you can track your order online through the Dawn Wing portal www.dawnwing.co.za using your tracking number. All these details will be sent to you via text message.
