Duca del Cosma – Official Sponsor Of KLM Open from 2018
Duca del Cosma will be one of the official sponsors of the KLM Open for 3 years starting 2018. On 15 September, Premium Golf shoe brand Duca del Cosma signed a contract with the organiser of the KLM Open, TiG Sports – making Duca del Cosma one of the official sponsors for KLM Open.
The KLM Open is one of the oldest golf tournaments in Europe. It has been part of the European Tour since it started in 1972. As part of the sponsorship, Duca del Cosma will provide apparel and footwear to all staff members who are active at the tournament (more than 1500).
To enhance Duca del Cosma’s enthusiasm for the Golf Sport the brand will especially design, by their Creative Director – Baldovino Mattiazzo, a “KLM Open” collection.
Duca del Cosma, renowned for its innovative Italian design, wants to increase the awareness of the brand and rejuvenate the golf sport.
Since September 2016, Dutch entrepreneur Frank van Wezel, previous owner of footwear brands HI-TEC, Magnum, INTERCEPTOR and 50 PEAKS, acquired Duca del Cosma because of his passion for beautifully designed golf shoes.
